Commitable Designs respects your privacy. When you contact me, place an order, or sign up for services, I collect basic information such as your name, email, phone number, and project details. This data is used solely to provide services, communicate with you, and complete transactions.

I do not sell or share your information with third parties unless required by law or necessary to process payments (e.g. HoneyBook, Stripe, or CashApp). All information is stored securely.

By booking with Commitable Designs, you agree to the following:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to start all projects.

  • Turnaround time can vary depending on the project. Please refer to project details.

  • Final files will be delivered once the full payment is received.

  • Any unused concepts or drafts remain the property of Commitable Designs.

  • You are allowed 2 revision rounds as stated in your selected service package. Additional revisions will incur a fee.

  • Turnaround times vary by project and begin once payment and all required info are received.

  • Commitable Designs reserves the right to showcase final designs in a portfolio or on social media unless otherwise requested.

💳 Payment Disclosure

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin any project. Remaining payment is due before final files are delivered.

  • Payment plans are available for branding packages only. These must be agreed upon before work begins.

  • Late payments may delay delivery and are subject to a late fee of $10 after a week past due.

  • No refunds are issued once a project has begun, due to the nature of digital work.

  • All prices are listed in USD. Payments are accepted via Apple Pay, Cashapp, Zelle, cash and check.

All design work remains the intellectual property of Commitable Designs until full payment is received.

Once paid in full:

  • You receive full usage rights to the final, approved design.

  • Commitable Designs retains the right to display work for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes.

  • You may not resell, reproduce, or edit the designs without permission unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

FAQs

  • After you book a service using the inquiry form, we’ll start with a brief consultation using a preferred contact method to go over your goals, vision, and project needs. Once we’re aligned, I’ll send over an invoice with a breakdown of the service. You can pay using secured ACH within the invoice, or Apple Pay, Cashapp or Zelle. After your deposit is received, the turnaround time officially begins. You’ll receive updates at key points, and you’ll be able to request revisions according to the package you choose. Once everything is approved, I’ll deliver your final files in the correct formats to the email on fie.

  • Turnaround time depends on the project, but most projects are completed within 4–7 business days. Larger projects like branding packages and logo suites may take up to 2–3 weeks. For a 24-hour turnaround on projects (excluding branding packages and logo suites) the Rush Fee is $25.

  • You’ll receive high-quality files to the email on file in multiple formats: PNG, JPEG, and PDF. For logos, vector files (SVG or AI) can also be provided upon request.

  • No worries! That’s exactly what the revision rounds are for. Each project is allowed 2 revision rounds. Your feedback helps guide the direction until we land on a final design you love.

  • A revision round refers to a single set of client-requested edits made at one time.

    What’s included in a revision round:

    • Color adjustments

    • Font changes

    • Layout tweaks (like repositioning elements)

    • Swapping out text or photos

    • Minor style refinements

    What’s not included in a revision round:

    • Completely new design concepts

    • Starting over with a new style or direction

    • Redesigning after final approval

    If a full redesign or new concept is needed after the initial one has been created, it may require an additional fee.
